HR Manager Spain

Our client is currently looking for an HR Manager Spain based in Madrid Client Details Worldwide company leader company within the energy industry Description HR Administration

* Coordinate payroll and post payroll activities with payroll providers
* Review annual benefits plans with goal of providing cost effective, competitive benefits plans to all employees
* Ensure Internal Control rules for HR processes
* Draft employment contracts and amendments
* Manage all kind of contract termination including resignation, dismissals, end of temporary contracts with potential external support, negotiating potential settlements agreements
* Ensure application of Spanish labor regulation and internal agreements including CBA
* Manage relations with Spanish administration (Social Security, pension funds, health insurance, Tax, …)
* Carry out all HR administrative tasks requested by the Company and Spanish regulation

Recruitment & Integration

* Provide Recruitment Support to business leaders
* Source recruiting firms and negotiate search agreements
* Perform all tasks related to onboarding, including updating of Company materials (Essential Information, …), welcoming new joiners
* Integrating teams into the Company Corporate culture during post-acquisition periods

Performance Management & People Development

* Coordinate and ensure the mid-year and year-end performance appraisal process
* Support talent identification and key people development plan
* Support Managers in defining & implementing training & development objectives for their team members
* Develop participation of the CG Spanish entities in the Worker Exchange Program, inside Spain and abroad

Internal relationships

* Ensure transparent relations with Staff representatives and Unions to facilitate good understanding and trust
* Negotiate internal agreements and amendment to existing agreement, in respect of Company financial competitiveness and employees' interest
* Support clear and fair communication at all levels of the company
* Participate in bringing solutions to keep teams motivated
* Support management in improving the health and safety working conditions

Facilities Management

* Support initiatives and identifying gaps in standards at designated sites and offices Profile * Advanced degree in HR management
* HR generalist
* Minimum 10 years of experience as HR manager in international, industrial and multisite environment
* Strong knowledge of Spanish Labor Legislation
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to deal with a fast growing, dynamic company
* Strong communication skills required for a highly matrix organization
* Ability to work with remote teams and effectively communicate and collaborate
* Highest level of ethics and personal responsibility
* Genuine commitment to continuous learning and improvement
* Self-starter, motivated and fast learner
* Hands-on
